ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Sequoia

WHERE I COME FROM
I’m a Long Beach native and grateful to call this city my home. I spent my elementary years living across the street from Houghton Park in North Long Beach, where my deep connection to the community first began. I attended Poly High School, where I played varsity basketball and ran track. I raised my children here in Long Beach, and it’s been incredible to watch them form lifelong friendships, keeping our community connections alive across generations. As a young parent, I founded a youth track club and basketball league that gave underprivileged kids affordable opportunities to participate in sports while emphasizing character development and community involvement. Long Beach is my heart, and I am proud to contribute to its thriving community.
A THRIVING CAREER
Nearly 20 years ago, I began my real estate journey as an investor. I learned the business from the ground up and developed a deep understanding of property ownership, housing markets, and the challenges families and business owners face in finding the right opportunities to grow. After earning my real estate license (and later my broker’s license) I focused on helping families achieve homeownership and entrepreneurs secure commercial spaces to launch or expand their businesses. Today, I own and operate a multi-state brokerage built on a family-like culture, where realtors are empowered to grow, thrive, and serve their communities with integrity.
Through my work in real estate, I’ve gained firsthand insight into how local businesses and property ownership shape and sustain our neighborhoods. I have seen the struggles small business owners face; from navigating rising costs and limited resources to finding affordable spaces to operate, and the vital role they play in creating jobs and building community pride. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to supporting both families and businesses so that Long Beach can continue to grow as a vibrant, inclusive, and economically strong city.
